Learn the steps to file a PFR

The videos walk through (1) how to review your record and identify appealable issues, (2) how to determine whether the appellate court has jurisdiction and venue over your PFR, (3) how to match the appropriate standard of review to each appealable issue, and (4) how to seek a stay of removal and to approach briefing and oral argument.
